Prof. Liping Guo is a distinguished researcher and Full Professor in the field of materials science and engineering, specializing in ecological high-ductility cementitious composites, multi-scale damage and life prediction of concrete under complex conditions, and solid waste recycling technology with fiber surface modification. Her research contributes significantly to sustainable construction materials and advanced cement-based composites. With over 140 research publications, 23 authorized national invention patents, and two published books, her scientific contributions have been widely recognized and applied in major national infrastructure projects, yielding substantial technical, economic, and social benefits. Prof. Guo has successfully led more than ten national, provincial, and ministerial-level research projects, including those under the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the 973 Program, as well as numerous industry collaborations. Her work bridges fundamental material science and practical engineering applications, advancing the field of green and resilient concrete materials. She has received multiple national and provincial scientific and technological progress awards, including second prizes from the Ministry of Education and the Fujian provincial government.
